Self-assessment
You answer a structured set of questions about how you lead — your decisions, your relationships, your blind spots. No multiple choice tricks. Just prompts that ask you to look closely.

360° input
You invite one or two people who see you in action. They answer a parallel set of questions about you. Their responses stay confidential to the synthesis — you never see who said what.

Your report
The system synthesises both perspectives into a written report: where you and others agree, where you don't, and what that gap means. You leave with a 3-month plan and a 1-year direction.
